Cindy O’Hare joined the Stonecastle Team in May of 2018 as Vice President of our Private Lending Division.  Cindy is discreet, has a high degree of professional integrity, is relationship driven and brings an additional advantage to our staff to meet customers’ unique borrowing needs.

Cindy is a California native and joined Stonecastle bringing with her over 3 decades of experience in estate management,  real estate entrepreneurship including finance, acquisitions, development construction and asset management of commercial, ranch and residential properties throughout California.

Cindy specializes in Bridge Lending. Bridge loans are a creative options filling needs for business purposes, home renovations, life transitions such as college tuition,  divorce settlements, Trust liquidations, property tax base transfers, and construction needs just to name a few. Cindy is a hands on negotiator, managing our clients’ transactions through underwriting, processing, servicing and provides a seamless transition when our clients are ready for conventional financing.
